The Requirements

•     Site Survey, plan and upgrade the existing IT infrastructure to support up to 500+ users
•     Suggest securing IT solutions for the existing and new business Tenant and their employee
•     Day to day remote support of 500+ users

The Solution

•     Arrange a site visit by our Snr Consultant, documented the existing IT Infrastructure
•     Plan the structured cabling and replaced existing HP with the new cisco switches and deploy the high Availability of Internet and with Next-Gen Fortinet Firewalls
•     Providing day to day users support via phone, email, and helpdesk system ensuring end-client satisfaction as per agreed SLA
•     Pro-active monitoring of all the IT Infrastructure, including Switches, Routers, Firewall, and users PC consisting of MAC and PC
•     Advising and training the new and existing tenants and their employees on how to protect data from day-to-day Cyber Threats
