The Requirements

•     Day to day IT support (8 to 6 PM) for 40+ users with MAC and Microsoft
•     The infrastructure consists of HP, Cisco Meraki Router and Firewall
•     Backup of existing data, Active directory, and office 365 user support
•     Migration of the old email to the new email system after the merger and acquisition
•     Design, deploy, support the remote VPN user’s solution
•     Protection data and users for office and remote users

The Solution

•     Providing day to day users support via phone, email, and helpdesk ticketing system ensuring users are informed till resolution
•     Ensuring all the IT systems are updated with the latest patches
•     Pro-active monitoring of all the infrastructure consists of HP, Cisco Meraki Router, PC and Firewall and reporting back to Snr. management
•     Plan weekly backup of existing data and now planning for a safe migration to the cloud
•     New High availability of VPN solution is deployed, tested, and ensuring day to day users support
•     Deployed, EDR, email and users ensuring users and company data is protected from day to Cyber threats
